The Nebula cloud computing platform is currently in a limited beta period. This allows us the flexibility to have Nebula developers and system engineers work directly with the pilot users while we refine our feature set and service offerings.

Members of the Nebula development team can often be found in the #django and #django-dev IRC channels on irc.freenode.net, and in the #nasanebula channel during community hours. The source code and low-level documentation for the Nebula platform is also available. Please send a request to jon.d.welch@nasa.gov.

Members of the Nebula team are monitoring the condition of the system on a 24-hour basis, and will respond to any trouble tickets within 15 minutes. In the event of a system outage or security incident, please contact the Code I network operations center directly.

Beta Sign Up

Thank you for your interest in the Nebula beta. When you sign up below, we'll add your name and email address to a Nebula announcement mailing list, which will keep you up-to-date on our roadmap, new projects launching on the Nebula platform, and other cloud-computing related news.

If you are an employee of, or a contractor working for, a US Federal agency, you may be eligible to beta-test the Nebula platform itself. We'll be selecting Agencies and personnel for beta test accounts in the Summer of 2009.
